女生們注意了！生理期間有時候會有「子宮空空的」感覺嗎？有些人會感到「子宮下墜感」或是「涼涼的」，這到底是為什麼呢？醫師表示，這通常是因為平日食用過多冷食，長久下來造成子宮血液循環不良，未來發生痛經、子宮內膜異位、子宮肌瘤的機率都會增加，甚至可能降低受孕的機率。

臺北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區中醫科主治醫師周宗翰解釋，會有這樣的感覺主要有三種可能的原因，第一是冰冷食物吃太多，第二是平日缺乏運動，第三可能是天生遺傳子宮環境不佳所造成。

周宗翰醫師叮嚀，生理期間最忌諱的就是生冷飲食，不只是冰品，包含沙拉、冷水等都要注意，生冷飲食容易造成體內血塊不易化開，經血凝成血塊就難以排出，積年累月下來可能會造成子宮病變，如子宮內膜異位、子宮肌瘤等，甚至可能降低受孕的機率。

所以，女性盡量要減少吃冰品，尤其是虛寒體質的女性影響更大；雖然對熱性體質者影響較小，但少吃冰，小腹可以變小，是腹部保健的好選擇！周宗翰醫師建議，女性朋友生理期間，若有「子宮空空的」感覺，可以將熱敷袋放在肚臍下部熱敷，幫助子宮腔循環變好，能夠暫時舒緩不適；但若想要改善，一定要從生活作息來調整，少吃冰品、平時可藉由溫浴的方式，促進子宮腔體的循環。

此外，女生們平日別忘了平日要多做運動，運動時分泌多巴胺，能夠減緩經前症候群症狀，也能減少發生「子宮空空的」機率；另外，台中年菜訂購生理期間則可選擇輕鬆適當的運動取代劇烈運動，避免血液循環加快，出現經血量瞬間暴增的狀況，達到舒緩子宮收縮的效果，經痛自然不上身。

高雄市長陳菊任期過半，有意爭取代表綠營參選港都大家長的立委陳其邁、林岱樺、管碧玲、趙天麟、以及劉世芳等5位實力戰將，在今年開春之後，原本鴨子划水的競逐態勢，已經正式躍上檯面，由於綠營在高雄的實力能量，如果獲得民進黨提名，就等同當選，因此，可以預見未來的競爭只會越來越激烈。

綠營台北濱江評價高雄市長人選之爭，原本都是鴨子划水態勢，但新的一年開始，有意角逐的人紛紛採取行動昭告天下；除了菊系的劉世芳在元旦連假後的第一天辦桌宴客外，被視為「英派」人馬的立委陳其邁，也不約而同，選在同日掛上首面看板，讓高雄市長選戰的各方競逐者，從暗鬥轉為明爭，選舉煙硝四起。

陳其邁上政論談話性節目，爭取曝光，他也曾擔任過高市代理市長，具有高知名度，不論在綠營內部民調或網路媒體民調都領先群雄，包括前市長謝長廷子弟兵、立委管碧玲和趙天麟，以及來自原高雄縣2017年菜預購台中的立委林岱樺、菊系的劉世芳。

拿下民進黨的黨內初選，等同市長大位在望，外界臆測，未來高雄市長不是菊系、就是英派，別無他人；不過，看似詭譎多變的初選之戰，除了管碧玲、趙天麟及林岱樺等熱門人選依舊勤跑基層，尋求市民的支持。

政界人士說，劉世芳昨日利用尾牙宴客，雖然在會中沒有宣佈正式爭取民進黨提名，參選高雄市長，但是，明眼人一看就知道，劉世芳請來高雄市長陳菊、3位高雄市副市長、以及高市府的局處首長與會，想要傳達的訊息只有一個，她才是陳菊欽點的接棒人。
